At DEAN, we have been on our custom game from the beginning. If you're set on having a DEAN bike and are ready to embark on a project, we're here to collaborate and craft the finest titanium bike for you that matches your vision. We have a wide range of options available, some more straightforward than others, but we're adept at navigating them all to ensure we deliver exactly what you're looking for.

Some things we can do:

• Fully custom “in category” bike: Meaning, something that falls into one of our normal bike zones but you want it built a bit different

• Custom Titanium Pinion Gear Box Bike: We can do a fully custom Pinion bike. However, we don’t deal with the pinion parts themselves, thats up to you, but we can certainly provide the rest

• Adventure Bikepacking something something: sure we can do that. You dream it, we will try and create it

For those that know they are ready to dive into the custom process, we offer a consultation deposit to get you started more quickly. The deposit will be applied to your total design cost. Upon deciding what we are building, a non refundable 50% deposit of the total project will be required.
