Historically, DEAN wasn’t solely a titanium bike manufacturer. Throughout the years, the team experimented with a number of different frame materials — aluminum, carbon, stainless steel, you name it. We figured it was time we tinkered with running a classic steel MTB frame and now we have a sample for sale. We have worked with a lot of collaborators in the past and this instance is no different. In prototyping this frame, we worked with the folks at Neuhaus Metalworks and Yang Manufacturing to work out the process of fabricating steel frames with the efficiencies of additive manufacturing. They did a great job helping us work our some of the processes. Now is your chance to try the prototype rig.
